There are so many things in this world that have been used to help us stay healthy for millennia. While I absolutely believe in modern medicine, I also believe in a whole health approach to prevention. Many of these ingredients can also be used to help dishes become healthfully delicious, while you’re still doing wonderful things for your body.
I use essential oils for lots of things: relaxation, breathing, weight management, mood elevation, and even for helping Flower build immunity and help with symptoms in a comfortable way.
As I’ve made this foray into the study of Essential Oils and what they can help people with, I wanted to make sure my readers could benefit from what I’ve learned.
